Rosewood & Marquetry Inlaid Cabinet
This is an
elegant and useful Edwardian rosewood bow fronted
chiffonier base with attractive floral marquetry
inlaid panels in satinwood.
The bow
fronted top sits over a single frieze drawer and
double doors enclosing a storage cabinet on turned
legs. The sides
and interior are beechwood with a grained faux
rosewood finish.
The
decorative brass handles are all original. This
piece is a very attractive and useful storage
cabinet with good rich colour and figuring.
