This is a charming small watercolour of  an idyllic rural landscape, possibly by artist E W Taylor and dated c.1920. ( See companion watercolour also listed on ebay.)

The  watercolour is very well painted and depicts the lovely old village church in great detail within its sleepy rural setting with children playing in the foreground.

The watercolour is in excellent original condition with no foxing blemishes, marks, tears or other damage. The original decorative gilt frame with trailing floral mouldings is also in excellent condition.
